I stumbled upon this website today. You can get scorecards from 20,000 different courses around the world and print them. Pretty amazing. You can put in your handicaps (up to 8 people) and get all the little marks on the scorecard without having to do it your self. Pretty neat.
The site also has a free ghin/index calculator.
